LILIN power section dynamometer is a important one of drilling simulation system, it is mainly used for test the quality of power section of downhole motor, this test system can realize synchronized parameter such as max torque and min torque ,pressure difference ,flow rate etc. test platform is applied to seal tightness test on manufactured and repaired downhole motor, to provide scientific basis for its reuse and property condition. This may avoid economic loss caused by blindly abandoning downhole motor and repeating trips due to application of the abandoned drill so as to enhance drilling efficiency and to cut down drilling costs. We control the test process and collection and manage of data utilize industry computer. The finished data can store in computer or print output by data form and characteristic curve. They will provide correct data for reflect the quality of design and linetype of power section. scope of suitable tube is wide , precision of test is high.we can select different flex shaft and housing to test different size downhole motor.
